Terms and refund policy

What you are buying

All products are digital files — PDFs, Excel workbooks or images. You download them straight after payment. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

Who the seller is

On this site you check out with the Buy now button, on a Stripe checkout page. The sale runs through Link (part of Stripe), which acts as merchant of record: Link takes the payment, handles VAT and sends you the receipt and invoice. Link's terms apply to the payment itself. Our products are also sold in our Etsy shop; if you buy there, Etsy is the merchant of record. Either way, for the product and its content, come to us.

After paying on this site you land on a thank-you page with your downloads. Keep that link: it lets you download again later. On another device, sign in at My purchases with your email address: we email you a sign-in code.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory fourteen day withdrawal period ends as soon as delivery begins with your express consent. By starting the download you give that consent and waive that right.

Refunds

If a file does not work, is corrupted, or is materially different from what was described, we will fix it: a working file or your money back. Email us within fourteen days of purchase with your order number or receipt and a short description. If you bought on this site, you can also contact Link at support.link.com.

Outside those cases a purchase is final, because a downloaded file cannot be returned. Not sure whether a product suits you? Email us before you buy.

What you may do with the files

Print and use them as often as you like, for yourself, your family, your classroom or your own business. You may not resell, give away, share or offer them as your own product. Where a product explicitly states a commercial licence, the terms on that product page apply.

Prices

Prices are shown with each product. VAT is calculated and processed by the payment service based on your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
