Small Business Bookkeeping Spreadsheet

€14.95 incl. VAT
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay · instant download
You only type the rows. VAT, quarters, profit and the dashboard work themselves out.

One row per invoice in Income, one per receipt in Expenses, your trips in Mileage and your hours in Hours. Everything else calculates itself.

At filing time, open the VAT summary: sales per rate, input VAT and the amount due, per quarter, in filing order. Copy it into your return. VAT rates are fully editable, so it works in any VAT country.

Forget a category or a VAT rate somewhere? The dashboard counts those rows and warns you — revenue never silently disappears.

How it works
  1. Start on the Settings tab: business details, financial year and your VAT rates.
  2. Put every invoice or sale on one row in Income.
  3. Put every receipt or bill in Expenses, and log business trips in Mileage.
  4. The dashboard, VAT summary and profit and loss fill themselves in.
